If your customer requests to have multiple signatories for a Direct Debit mandate, no problem! Adfin fully supports this process. Here’s what you’ll need to do:

Step-by-step guide

  1. Customer completes the digital mandate
Your customer should fill out the digital mandate form as usual, ensuring they tick the box to confirm they are the sole signatory.

  2. Customer receives the mandate PDF
Once the mandate is signed, a PDF copy will be automatically sent to your customer’s email.

  3. Customer prints the mandate
The customer must print the emailed mandate.

  4. Additional signatories sign the printed mandate
All additional signatories should add their signatures to the printed mandate in the bottom-right section.

  5. Customer sends the signed document to you
Once all signatures are collected, your customer should scan or take a photo of the signed mandate and send back to you.

  6. You forward the document to Adfin
Please forward the mandate to [email protected]
