If you look after more than one business in Adfin, for example an accountant or bookkeeper managing several clients, or one owner running a few companies, you can hold them all under a single login and switch between them in a couple of clicks. There's no need to log out and back in, or to keep separate credentials for each.
Switching between businesses
Click your business name at the top left of the sidebar.
A menu opens with your email at the top, then a list of every business your login can access.
Click the business you want to work in.
Adfin reloads into that business, and a tick marks the one you're currently in.
Everything you do (invoices, payments, customer agents, settings) applies only to the business you're currently in, so it's worth checking the name at the top left before you make any changes.
Adding another business
From the same menu, click Create account to set up another business under your login. You'll be guided through the same short setup as your first account, and it'll appear in your switcher list once it's created.
