How Adfin improved our collection

💸 We’ve been using Adfin recently to help with invoice collection, and it’s made a real difference.

It’s helped us save time, reduce the back-and-forth, and offer clients a smoother way to pay.

A few things we’ve liked:

✅ Automated reminders via WhatsApp, SMS, and email

✅ All payment methods in one place: Apple Pay, cards, DD, open banking

✅ Daily payouts and clear tracking

If you’re looking to simplify how you or your clients get paid, it’s worth taking a look.

Better Direct Debits than GCL

⚙️ We’ve been using Adfin for direct debits and honestly, it’s been a big step up from GoCardless.

It’s more flexible, better value, and comes with features we didn’t have before:

✅ No fees for failed payments

✅ Instant fallback to card if DD fails

✅ Automated reminders by email, SMS, and WhatsApp

Plus, it works with all major payment methods in one place.

If you’re using GoCardless or recommending it to clients, it’s worth giving Adfin a try, it’s free to sign up!

Move from manual bank transfers

🧾 Many small businesses still rely on manual bank transfers to get paid.

The result? Slow payments, admin headaches, and too much chasing.

We’ve helped a few clients move to Adfin recently. Now they send one payment link, and clients can pay however they prefer: card, DD, Apple Pay, or open banking.

And the best part? Reconciliation and reminders are all automated.

If your clients are still doing things the slow way, it might be time for a change 👉

Move from standing orders

👀 Still collecting your invoices using standing orders?

It sounds simple, but it often means no visibility, no flexibility, and a lot of manual admin.

We’ve started recommending Adfin instead, it’s easier for their clients, and gives them more control and better insight.

✅ Easy to set up

✅ You control the amount

✅ Get notified for successful or failed payments

A small change that can make a big impact. Happy to chat if you want to learn more.
