Subject: Simplifying payments - moving to Adfin

Content:

Hi [Name],

We’re making it easier and more efficient for you to pay our invoices. Over the coming weeks, we’ll be moving all payments to Adfin, a UK-based payment provider. This means we’ll gradually transition away from [Stripe], [GoCardless], and [manual bank transfers] - bringing everything together in one streamlined system.

Why Adfin?

Adfin specialises in flexible payment solutions and understands that every business is different. Their custom workflows will allow us to communicate more effectively with you about payments - even offering options like WhatsApp reminders instead of just email. Their fees are also slightly lower than [GoCardless], so if you’d like an introduction for your own business, just let us know.

Why we’re making this change

Currently, we support multiple payment methods, which makes reconciliation more complex and time-consuming. As a growing business, better forecasting and efficiency mean we can spend more of our time delivering value to you, rather than managing admin.

What this means for you

  • Monthly payments – You’ll receive a new Direct Debit Mandate shortly. If you already pay via GoCardless, your Direct Debit will be moved over automatically - no need to cancel your existing setup (but you still need to sign the new mandate).

  • No Direct Debit? - If you do not currently have a Direct Debit set up, now is the time to set one up.

  • One-off payments - We’ll still offer Credit/Debit Card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay, just as we did with Stripe.

What if I need to make a change to my bank account or package?

There’s no change to how you communicate updates to us. Simply let us know as you do now, and we’ll update Adfin accordingly. It works just like any other Direct Debit you use for business or personal payments.

What are the next steps?

Keep an eye out for an email from Adfin with your Direct Debit Mandate. Once signed, all invoices will be automatically collected through this method.

Thank you for your continued support as we make this improvement - we’re confident it will make things easier for everyone.
