How to close your Adfin account

Account closure is handled by our support team. Here's how to request it and what happens next.

Closing your Adfin account is something our team does for you. There is no self-serve option in the console, so please get in touch and we'll take care of it.

How to request closure

Message us through live chat using the Get Help button at the bottom left of your Adfin console, and let us know you'd like to close your account.

What happens next

We'll confirm we've received your request and start the closure straight away. That includes disconnecting your accounting software, removing all users (you'll no longer be able to log in), stopping all customer notifications, and making sure no further payments can be collected from your customers.

Your final invoice will be sent as part of the normal billing cycle. If you have an active direct debit mandate with us, we'll collect that final invoice before cancelling it, so there's nothing you need to cancel yourself.

Please note that we're required to keep records of transactions and communications for a minimum of five years, in line with our regulatory obligations.

If you have any questions before you decide, please let us know and we'll help.
