Start a live chat (the fastest way)
Live chat is the quickest way to get an answer, and it lets us see your account so we can help straight away.
Sign in to your Adfin console.
Select Get help at the bottom of the left-hand menu.
Choose Start live chat.
Type your question and send it over. If no one's free the moment you write in, just leave your message and we'll pick it up and reply.
You don't need to wait by your screen. If we reply while you're away, you'll get an email, and you can carry the conversation on from there.
We're trialling AI replies for some general product questions, so you may get an instant answer when you start a chat. Anything about a bug or a payment status always goes to a real person, and you can ask to speak to a human at any point. Just say so and we'll take it from there.

Email support: select Email support to open a message to [email protected]. Handy if you'd rather write in from your own inbox.
Schedule a call: select Schedule a call to book a time that suits you for anything that's easier to talk through.
Browse the help centre: select Read help guides to search our help guides. Plenty of questions have a quick answer waiting there.
