If you'd like to introduce Adfin to your clients via a newsletter, feel free to use the template below as a starting point. You know your clients best, so tweak it to match your tone and highlight what's most relevant to them.

Short form:

Just wanted to mention something we thought might be useful! We use a payment provider called Adfin to collect our fees, and it's made a real difference to how quickly we get paid and how little time we spend chasing. If you invoice for your work and want to get paid faster with less hassle, we think its worth a look. As our clients, you'd get a special discount on your fees too. Just let us know and we can tell you more about it or get you in touch with the Adfin team.

Longer form:

Just wanted to mention something we thought might be useful! We use a payment provider called Adfin to collect our fees, and it's made a real difference to how quickly we get paid and how little time we spend chasing.

With Adfin, you can:

  • Manage invoices your way: create them in Adfin or import them from your accounting software, business tools, or CRM

  • Offer all payment methods: direct debit, cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and bank transfers

  • Automate your credit control: send personalised reminders, apply late fees, surcharge business cards to save on fees, etc

We've found it's saved us both time and money, and we think it could do the same for some of you! You also get a discount on the fees as our clients, and £200 when you're up and running with them. If you'd like to find out more, just let us know and we'll make an intro.
