🏷️ Understanding Adfin’s standard credit control statuses
Before we begin, let’s recap Adfin’s standard credit control statuses.
Before an invoice is settled (i.e., paid out to you), it will be assigned one of the following statuses:
At Risk
Payment is overdue and has not yet been Paid, Settled, or Cancelled.
Note: Submitted or scheduled Auto Collect payments will not appear here unless there has been a previously failed collection attempt.
Expected
Any payments that are not At Risk or Confirmed.
Confirmed
Payments with the status Paid. Adfin will automatically move invoices and payments to Confirmed once they are paid. Once a payment is Settled (i.e paid out to you), it will no longer appear in the credit control widget.
You can view the credit control status for any given collection in the Activity column of the Accept payments view.
