Stay on top of your collections with credit control statuses

Adfin automatically sorts your invoices and payment requests into credit control statuses.

This gives you a clear view of what’s at risk, what’s expected, and what’s confirmed - so you can focus on what matters and keep things running smoothly.

Top tips to manage your collections

  • Click a number on the credit control widget to quickly filter the table below — it’s a fast way to zero in on what needs your attention.

  • Add filters and save them, so you can pick up where you left off next time.

  • Check the invoice and customer activity logs to see exactly what’s happening. Add notes to keep track and share updates with your team.

  • Use the cash position widget to track how collections are going.

The summary table shows you:

  • Unpaid: invoices or requests that still need to be paid.

  • Processing: collections that are on the way but haven’t been paid out yet.

  • Received: payments that have been settled by Adfin, or that you’ve marked as paid (whether through Adfin or another platform).

You’ll get a clear monthly view of invoices and payment requests, based on their due dates — so it’s easy to spot trends and stay in control.
