Who to refer (and who not to for now)

Ideal referral clients are service-based businesses needing smoother payments - those juggling multiple tools, chasing invoices, relying on manual transfers, or needing faster cash flow.

Ideal clients to refer

1. Businesses offering recurring services

Example: marketing agencies, software firms, consultants, IT support

  • Often collect monthly fees

  • Benefit from a better direct debits service

2. Businesses using multiple tools to get paid

Example: Use Stripe for cards + GoCardless for DDs

  • Struggle with fragmented reporting

  • Want everything in one place

  • Looking to save on fees and simplify processes

3. Businesses spending time chasing invoices

Example: sole traders, design studios, virtual assistants

  • Manually following up on unpaid invoices

  • Don’t have a credit control team

  • Would benefit from automated reminders (email, WhatsApp, SMS)

4. Businesses still relying on standing orders or bank transfers

Example: property managers, small agencies, freelancers

  • Manually reconciling payments

  • Can’t control the payment amount

  • Delays when updates are needed

5. Businesses needing faster cash flow

Example: small businesses with tight margins

  • Need real-time payment status

  • Frustrated by slow or weekly payouts

🚫 Not the best fit (for now)

1. Retail or e-commerce businesses

  • Already use POS or shopping cart platforms

  • Restaurants, coffee shops

2. Businesses collecting on-premise, in cash, cheques or POS
